Super Deluxe Single Rooms
Super Deluxe rooms are luxurious condo style hostel that comes fully furnished with bath tub, washing machine, twin size mattress, stove, a/c, fridge, locker mattress, reading shelf, sofa etc.
Hostel Fee: 1,50,000 / year
Super Deluxe Double Rooms
These rooms come with all the amenities mentioned in the single rooms. Each students will receive an individual cupboard and digital locker for personalized set up. There rooms are more spacious with an additional dining room.

Single Suite Room
This type of room has a small living room, bedroom with attached bathroom and a balcony. You will have an experience of living in a small apartment.

Single room - Attached Bath
These are rooms with the basic amenities like cot, study table and chair, wardrobe along with an attached washroom. This will also give you a comfortable stay in hostel. The attached bathroom has a heater, shower washbasin counter top.

These are rooms with the basic amenities like cot, study table and chair and wardrobe. This will also give you a comfortable stay in hostel
Hostel Fee: 35,000 / year
These are twin sharing rooms rooms with the basic amenities like cot, study table and chair and wardrobe. This will also give you a comfortable stay in hostel
Hostel Fee: 30,000 / year
This is for people who don't like having a washroom within there living space. These rooms will have a common washroom yet tidy and close to the rooms they live in.

Hostel Rules and Regulations
The following rules shall apply to both boys and girls students residing in the hostels. Violation of any rule will make the inmate liable to disciplinary action including expulsion from the hostels and also from institution.
Hostel Room Allocation / Re- Allocation for the students will be done only at the College Office. It will be done only based on the room availability.
Students shall occupy the rooms only after producing the admit card to the Hostel warden / Hostel Incharge / Floor Incharges. Change of room may be permitted in exceptional cases, provided it is justified by the Chief Warden.
Unauthorised occupation of any room or exchange of rooms shall be treated as serious violation of disciplinary rules of the hostels. Students found guilty of such violation of the hostel rules shall be expelled from the hostels without any further enquiry.
Hostel Admission for each student is valid until the end of the academic year unless otherwise debarred from hostel on disciplinary grounds.
Students should abide by the decisions of the hostel warden / Floor Incharges with respect to enforcement of the hostel rules failing which strict disciplinary action may be taken.
The room of any student in the hostel can be inspected at any time by the Warden/Chief Warden or any authorised member of the institution.
Students should vacate the hostel during summer vocation. If they have to leave any belongings in the hostel during this period, they should contact the hostel warden for the same but at their own risk.
Parents should nominate the ward’s Local Guardian. Only Parents / authorised Local Guardian are allowed to visit the hostel student.
Parents / Guardians / Days scholars are not allowed inside / to stay in the hostel. If found, student will be debarred from hostel immediately.
Visitors are not permitted to meet their wards after 8.00 p.m. However, in special cases, prior permission of warden must be obtained to meet beyond these hours.
No Hostel students should absent themselves from hostel without prior written approval from the Warden. In case of any emergency, they should take permission from the Hostel Warden / Floor Incharge.
Gate-pass must be obtained from the hostel warden to go outside the college campus. Following are the hostel timings:
Boys should be present in their room by 10:00 P.M and
Girls by 8:00 PM.
Hostel students are required to carry their identity cards with them when they move inside the campus.
No secret activities or meetings or parties of any kind are permitted in the hostel premises.
Consumption of alcohol and other intoxicants and drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone found consuming alcohol or drugs will be expelled from the hostel immediately. No enquiry into the matter shall be required.
Possession of chains, rods, or any other kind of weapons are strictly prohibited. Hostel inmates found in possession of the above will be expelled from hostel and college immediately. No inquiry into the matter shall be required.
Room furniture, electrical fittings, toilet fittings etc., are required to be maintained by the students in good condition.
Hostel students will be personally and collectively responsible for any loss/ damage to the properties and equipment and other fittings in the common halls. In case of damage to any buildings, furniture, apparatus or other property of the hostel, the loss caused to the institution shall be recovered directly from those identified persons whenever possible. But, if persons who cause the damage are unknown, the cost of repairing it, as may be assessed by the hostel authorities, will be distributed equally among all the students of such groups or associations as may be found responsible.
Use of electrical appliances such as heaters, electrical irons, Induction stoves Radio, Television, Microwave etc. are strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Tampering with and alteration of electrical fittings are strictly prohibited and liable for action.
Students should refrain from any act that may disturb the peace and harmony of the fellow hostellers.
Playing music and videos etc. inside the rooms is strictly prohibited as it causes disturbance to the inmates. Any such complaint will be viewed very seriously and seizure of the gadgets will be made along with imposition of heavy fine.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited inside the hostel and college campus. Student will be expelled from college and hostel immediately.
Students should keep their room neat and tidy. Sudden inspection by hostel warden / college authorities will be done to ensure the same.
Students are advised to keep the Corridors and common tables clean. This will improve your overall hygiene.
Students are advised not to keep valuables in the hostel rooms. student will be completely responsible for all his / her possessions. The institute hostel will not be responsible for any loss incurred.
Students should not break open or try to break open the occupied/vacant rooms of the hostels. Any damage done to the hostel property will have to be borne by all the students of the hostel.
Students are prohibited from writing slogans, or any writings obscene drawings on the hostel walls and rooms. Heavy penalties and disciplinary action will be imposed on students/group of students indulging in such writings.
Students should follow the mess timings to have their food:
BreakFast - 7:00 A.M - 8:00 A.M
Lunch - 12:00 A.M - 1:00 P.M
Dinner - 6:45 P.M - 8:00 P.M
Food should be taken only in the dining room. Students are not allowed to take plates, tumblers or any other utensils to their rooms.
Fans and lights must be switched off when the students leave their rooms.
Students should register any electrical / carpentry / plumbing problems in the complaint register in the warden office or can give a written complaint to the warden. If the complaint is not attended with in 2 days, the student can contact the college office.
Students will not be allowed to stay in the hostel during working hours of the college without genuine reason and prior permission from the warden.
In case a student falls sick, he/she should contact the Warden immediately and can utilise the hospital facilities.
Students can drop their complaints in the suggestion boxes if they wish to protect their identity.
Students who fail to follow the rules and regulations may be asked to leave the hostel.
The warden has all rights to evict any student if he/she feels that the student is disturbing the peace and smooth running of the hostel.
Students may be assigned and reassigned rooms based on administrative requirements.
A student who stays in a particular room does not have any rights to claim the same room at the time of renewal.
The institution has all rights to change room occupancy configuration based on changing requirements.
