Patient Feedback

Saveetha Dental College & Hospitals gives value to the patient’s experiences with utmost care to provide a patient-led healthcare service Patient feedback focus on the views and opinions of patients and service users on the care they have experienced.

Office of external affairs monitors the feedback on daily basis and will give a direct insight into what is working well – and not so well – in the way the organization delivers care in a progressive manner. 

We also take action planning for the continual improvement in patient’s feedback.

We train the record clerk /Clinic assistant working in our hospital on various quality concepts which includes patient care, Time management, effective communication, Hand hygiene in hospital.

Event/Media management

Office of External affairs oversee the events happening in the college and reports to the national media and press for publishing .In this academic year more than 90 CDE /Conferences /Workshop were organized at Saveetha Dental College & Hospitals.

Few of the events occurred at the campus were published in WE magazine, Hindhu Down town and various media channels like Polimer, Raj, Tamilan, Vasanth, Pudhiya thalaimurai, makkal ,Thanthi etc.,

Conference Co-ordination

Office of External affairs motivates the students periodically to participate and do scientific presentation in various national and international conference /seminar /CDE.

The office has all the documentation of both undergraduate and postgraduate students progress /achievements in the conferences as a repository.

Hospitality and management

Office of external affairs co-ordinates the guest arriving to the college campus with good will and friendly reception .we also ensure the smooth operations of the guest accommodation and transportation. The office will take care of the MM convention hall bookings for major events in the university and coordinates with the maintenance, IT, HR team for the smooth conduction of the entire programme.
